Well... I'm super chuffed with this ice-cream! I have been practicing - and boy was it needed! It looks so simple but tilt it one degree to the left or the right and a spoon is required. No spoons are required now which was enough to send me into a happy dance :o)
Another happy dance was done when a young'un asked for Monkey Blood as their topping. Now there is a child that will go far!
It's the little things that make me happy, and it's been a happy week :o) x
