We're very excited here in our little sweety emporium! The delivery from Sweetyland (it's a secret place that's harder to find than Narnia and only the sweety elves and I know of it's exact location - and we've been sworn to secrecy by the Sweety Land King) has arrived!
Needless to say myself and the elves are going to be busy tonight making sure that all of these goodies are put away ready for the door opening in the morning.
It's going to be a long night and I think a few coffees will be involved, well for me, the elves work on Irn Bru lollies to see them through :o)
Maybe another coffee is required!
I'm not going to tell you just how long it took me to realise that I was trying to tick off the inventory with a lollypop!
Maybe I should try one of the Irn Bru lollies because the elves are firing on all cylinders although what goes up must come down and I'm glad I'll be sleeping when the sugar crash hits them - they have a tendency to get very crabbit* if we don't leave out any chocolate mice for them to nibble on through the night. I've already set a reminder so I don't forget. We can't have grumpy invisible elves running around tomorrow!
(cra·bit) Dialect, chiefly Scot -adj.
ill-tempered, grumpy, curt, disagreeable; in a bad mood [esp. in the morning].
